All four Cannaroo tinctures are available in two formulations:
Full Spectrum Contains the complete range of cannabinoids found in the hemp plant, including trace amounts of THC (less than 0.3%). Many users prefer full spectrum because of the "entourage effect" — the idea that cannabinoids work better together than in isolation.
Isolate (THC-Free) Pure CBD with 0% THC. A good choice if you're subject to drug testing, sensitive to THC, or simply prefer to keep it straightforward.

How to Take CBD Oil
All Cannaroo tinctures use a metered dropper for accurate, consistent dosing. The standard method:

- Hold for 30–60 seconds, then swallow
