WHOLESALE ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in selling Cannaroo CBD Oil products. To become a supplier, you must agree to the following terms and conditions and submit a Wholesale Account Application. Use the link below to fill in the application, download it, and email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLACING AN ORDER
Please email your order to email@example.com. Once an order is entered it is not possible to change or add to it. Please check your order carefully before completing. A completed Wholesale Application for new accounts must be approved prior to shipment of first order.
$1200 minimum for opening orders. $500 minimum for reorders.
Most orders ship within one to two (1-2) business days. During busy periods kindly allow up to three days for your order to be processed prior to shipment.
Cannaroo CBD will be closed on all federal holidays, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve. You can submit an order on these days, but they will may not be processed until the following business day.
Orders are payable by check, ACH, or credit card. New customers are required to remit payment before shipment. If you would like to use a credit card for payment, please check the appropriate box on the Wholesale Account Application and submit the Credit Card Authorization form. This form authorizes Cannaroo, LLC to securely and confidentially keep your designated credit card information on file and to use this credit card as the primary method of payment once you have provided your credit card number.
Note: If desired, you may provide your credit card information by phone when placing your first order.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All shipping rates are calculated based on shipping weight, and will be added to your invoice prior to shipment. In-store pick-up at our Nashville store may be requested at the time of order.
If a replacement product is desired, we will happily exchange one product for another of the same type and cost. If your store or pharmacy needs assistance with stocking, certificates of analysis or compliance related documentation. We will gladly help and provide for your needs.
RETURNS, & CREDITS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Cannaroo order, we will resolve the problem quickly and easily. We will promptly issue a refund, credit, or replacement, whichever you prefer. However, we do not refund special order items or shipping charges. To ensure that your returns are handled quickly and effectively, please be prepared to provide the invoice number. To receive credit, you must call or email Customer Service within 30 days of the ship date. No credit or returns are allowed after 30 days.

We go to great lengths to ensure that your order is correct, properly packaged, and well protected. Despite our best efforts, damage sometimes occurs during shipping. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your shipment before signing. If any exterior damage is visible, we recommend you not accept the shipment; and, if there is interior damage, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you.
Resale of Cannaroo products on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Facebook, Instagram, or other similar platforms is not permitted.
